My name is Roxy Alicea Marmaduke and I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, AAAI certified Pilates instructor, and AAAI  certified Group Fitness instructor. I am also CPR certified through the American Heart Association and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross.  I speak both Spanish and English.

I completed my Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Nutrition in December of 2009!  I was on the Missy Kane Fit and Fun Show on PBS in March 2009 (You can see the picture below).

In one Summer  I lost 33 pounds and went from a size 12 to a size 4. And  let me tell you, I do not feel sluggish any more.  I feel energetic and alive!  My cholesterol and body fat percentage dropped and now I can tackle the day feeling energized.  Let me help you get to where you want to be.  Email me for more information.

         -I have worked with numerous people that were injured, had osteoarthritis, had overuse injuries, had motorcycle accidents, car accidents, even a quadriplegic.  I have helped these people have a better quality of life, develop strength , and develop more self confidence.

My Knowledge

Roxy Marmaduke has a Masters of Science Degree in Exercise Science with a Concentration in Exercise Physiology and also has a Minor in Nutrition from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, AAAI Certified Pilates Instructor, and AAAI Certified Group Fitness Instructor.

Working one-on-one with a personal trainer helps make fitness fun and takes the guess work out of what work out routines are suitable for you!  With both your trainer and yourself focused on your goals, your chances for success are much higher than going through this process alone. Your trainer will help guide you nutritionally, will help you with your fitness routine outside of the training session, and will take you though a progressive training regimen that is specifically designed for you, because every one is unique and requires a different training routine.
