  • Fitness evaluations to determine starting point, mid point, and final results!
  • Before and after pictures
  • Postural assessment
  • 1 hour long training sessions by personalized your Personal Trainer with a MS in Exercise Physiology and minor in Nutrition.
  • Review of dietary logs to keep your nutrition right on track!
  • Unlimited phone and email support from the personal trainer
  • Fun filled and energized environment that will keep you motivated and coming back for more!
  • Safe environment because your Personal Trainer will take into consideration any injury, disease, or disorders that you may have
